Check if your device is compatible with Libby 

Tablets and smartphones work best for using apps like Libby and accessing library resources.
They let you download apps and visit library websites easily.

eReaders can only be used for ebooks.
They don’t allow access to library audiobooks, newspapers, magazines, or streaming resources. eReaders use third-party software and sometimes have more issues accessing Libby. The best ereaders to use with Libby/OverDrive are Kobos with built in OverDrive integration.

Kindles cannot access Libby/OverDrive.
